Beca's project management team recognised at 2019 RICS New Zealand Awards

Thursday 25 July was a cause for celebration when Beca received the Building Consultancy and Project Management Team of the Year Award (shared with JLL) at the 2019 Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) New Zealand Awards.

Held in Auckland, the awards celebrate world-class achievements and talent in land, real estate, construction and infrastructure. Matt Wheeler, Beca Business Director – Project and Cost Management, was there to celebrate and accept the award with the team.

“We are delighted that our project management team was recognised by our peers with this award,” says Matt. “We are passionate about making everyday better, and shaping and leading successful projects together with our clients. Congratulations to everyone involved!“

In addition to the Project Management Team of the Year Award win, Beca was also honoured to have been shortlisted for the Quantity Surveying Team of the Year (for Auckland Airport Terminal Development) and are extremely proud of Glenn Forber, Project Director, who was nominated for Construction Professional of the Year.
