Our engineers, designers, and consultants bring with them strong core engineering and digital expertise, with diverse experience across sustainable building design, smart building, digital consulting, smart manufacturing, and adaptive re-use of heritage buildings.

Our team has been privileged to work on some of the most sustainable developments with iconic and complex structures in Singapore - from the newest skyscraper, CapitalSpring, the award-winning Changi Airport Terminal 4, heritage landmarks, Raffles Hotel and The Fullerton Bay Hotel, to architectural icons such as DUO, Marina One and PARKROYAL COLLECTION Pickering. From ZEB @ BCA Academy, the first net zero energy building in Singapore, NTU North Hill Hall of Residence, the first large public PPVC project, to Grab Headquarters, state-of-the-art smart building, we have always been a pioneer and innovative problem solver for our clients in helping them to design buildings that are smart and sustainable.

In 2019, we built Beca’s first Digital Innovation Hub to spearhead our efforts in advancing digital innovations for manufacturing and smart cities, which has since evolved into an extensive suite of services and solutions to support our clients in their digitalisation journey. Our digital twin and CAPEXinsights solutions are now helping multinationals to run their industrial, manufacturing and capital development projects optimally – informed by digital and robust data.
