At 638m high, Signature Tower Jakarta will be one of the tallest buildings in the world. And that brings a lot of interesting and exciting challenges.
When complete, Signature Tower will be the tallest building in the southern hemisphere and the sixth tallest building in the world. Its two towers rise from a 10-level retail podium and seven basement levels for car parking.
The main tower, with a height of 638m, has three office zones and a 300-room six-star hotel. And on the 111th level, a viewing observatory to take in the surrounds. While the 52-storey second tower is home to commercial offices and a five-star hotel.
To bring the Signature Tower from sketches to skyline, we’re providing building services, vertical transportation and fire engineering design. We’re tackling the challenge of engineering a complex network of over 100 lifts, two of which shuttle vertically over half a kilometre from the ground floor to the observatory. The tower also needs to have its own wastewater treatment and water reclaim plant, large cooling plant and 50MVA of electricity generation to give 100% backup.

Our Team Says
This is a major project which we anticipate will have a significant impact on the CBD of one of the world's fastest-growing and most exciting cities. After nearly thirty years working on buildings projects in Indonesia it is enormously gratifying to have been selected for this commission.
