New Zealand’s Ministry of Health selected Beca for help with creating an integrated online national database for drinking water suppliers and laboratories and a solution to collect and report on drinking water quality.
Drinking Water Online is now successfully deployed to water suppliers, laboratories, local authorities and public health units to aggregate information to the Ministry of Health. The system effectively supports compliance and the reporting of water quality transgressions across New Zealand.
Our integrated team of software services and water domain experts partnered with the Ministry of Health team and Environmental Science and Research (ESR) to deliver a software solution on TeamViewTM, Beca’s Software-As-A-Service (SaaS) platform which integrates into multiple systems to deliver an effective, user friendly solution.
We provided scoping and procurement advice, migration of legacy data, stakeholder engagement, training and change management, communications and overall implementation on Drinking Water Online in close collaboration with the Ministry.
